The Peaceful Housewife Natural Cleaning Products Review and Giveaway 10/16/2011

At our home, we practice being green. We use green products as they stated on their label, but I am not sure if it is really Eco products. In our house, household chores are divided between me, and my hubby. I do the laundry, cooking, ironing, simple cleaning like- using vacuum to clean the floor, carpet, wipe the dust on the furniture. My hubby do the things I prefer not to do like cleaning the toilet, bathroom, pest controlling because I can't stand the smell of store brought cleaning sprays. Even when I was a child I don't usually wash the dishes (or if I wash just a few), laundry by hand because my skin reacts fast, and the ointment/medical prescription is much expensive than the dish washing detergent, and laundry detergent. Here in Japan I was lucky that everything here uses a machine. I just put the detergent the machine will do the rest. When I got married, I told about my hubby that I can't do cleaning using strong cleaning sprays. But, when we have to move to another place, we have to clean the house before we leave (it is obligatory or else we have to pay much because we will leave the house untidy) like the first time we move-in. I used baking soda, and vinegar to remove the stain, but on some parts of the house, it is not applicable. So, I am forced to use the strong cleaning sprays to clean the house. As a result, my hands look like a hands of a 40+ woman, and the skin color changed. It took some time before it restores the true skin color.

If you are like me, who prefer homemade natural household cleaners, but  don't know the right ingredients- The Peaceful Housewife Household Cleaners e-book is the solution. The e-book contains recipes, and directions on how to make your own cleaning sprays, detergent, and many more. Most of the ingredients can be found at your pantry like baking soda, vinegar, sodium carbonate. And from your medicine cabinet like alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. Directions are very easy to follow, and it is not time consuming to make one cleaner. I am satisfied with  the multi-purpose spray cleaner, foaming hand soap and dish soap, which are very gentle to my delicate hands. I just realized that making my own cleaners saves me a some money and my house is nontoxic.
