Holiday Gift Guide: Mediterranean Diet eBook


It is an open post to this blog that I am aiming to lose weight and be fit. I previously stated in my previous post that I have am seeking helpful tips to get rid of my excess body figure. Lat month I started a not so strict diet because I cheat (hubby cook his "devil fool" - I call it devil food because it tempts me to eat more than usually). This diet is more on fruits and vegetables. I was allowed to eat 1 serving of beef  per week and a cup of rice. On the first day, I felt hungry. The second day was worst I felt more hungry than the first day, its like I am starving myself, but I continue the diet for 2 weeks. I loss 4 pounds which makes me happy. Ideally I should loss 10 pounds a month but since I cheat I'm stuck with 4 pounds lighter. 


As I continue to search the best diet for myself, I met Mediterranean Diet Program along the way. I don't feel the same thing that I felt during the first day of diet with the last month diet program I did.
