Have you ever been into a public restroom, lined the toilet with the tissue-paper covers, then sat down only to discover that your protection didn't work as well as you'd hoped? Isn't that a HUGE difference from the liners that they give to you in the bathroom? The PottyCover is made of non-woven fabric coated with a layer of plastic, creating a waterproof barrier between the toilet and you or your children's bottoms. I doubt that there is a single tissue-paper liner that can provide that level of protection!
In addition, it goes from the back of the seat and drapes down over the front, going almost all of the way down to the floor. The side panels extend down over the edges so that if a child is holding onto the edges of the seat for balance, their hands are protected too!
